At NTWRK, he pioneered U.S. live commerce, creating a category that paved the way for Complex’s acquisition by Universal Music Group. At Complex, he led creator-driven retail initiatives that transformed drops into cultural events. Gaston also scaled LA Comic Con from 40,000 to 129,000 attendees, developed Meltdown Comics into Hollywood’s underground hub, launched Beyond Fest into the nation’s leading genre festival, and generated hundreds of millions in artist-led revenue.
